Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We're always open to custom requests. Whether you’ve got a clear vision or just a rough idea, fill out the contact form below and we’ll talk through the details: materials, dimensions, timeline, pricing etc.

How can I get updates on sales and announcements?

There are a couple of ways to stay in the loop with Woodchuck happenings. If you're mainly interested in sales, new products, and important announcements, the best option is to subscribe to our email list. Just scroll to the bottom of this page and drop your email under “Get Shop Updates and Exclusive Sales Alerts.”

Do you have an in-store location?

Not at the moment. While we don’t have a physical storefront, we do set up booths at local art and farmers markets from time to time. Follow us on social media to see where we’ll be next.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Most of our products are one-of-a-kind, so we don’t offer wholesale pricing across the board. That said, we do provide wholesale rates on select items, and if you have a product in mind that’s not currently listed, we’re open to discussing custom wholesale options. Just fill out the contact form below with your request and we’ll work out the details.

How should I care for my wood product?

Every order comes with a care card that covers the basics for keeping your piece in great shape. We also have a detailed blog post on cutting board care, which applies to most of our finished products. Regular cleaning, occasional oiling, and avoiding prolonged moisture will help your item last for years.

Do you ship out of the US?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.
